Delivery & No Return Policy

All our products are custom made, therefore please allow us a delivery period of 3 weeks.

If the delivery time will be shorter or longer than 3 weeks you will be notified by mail by Art & Pictures as soon as we can. You will also be notified about the delivery date and approximate time of delivery as soon as your order leaves the photolab of Art & Pictures. Please inform us in time if you wish to receive this information by text or what’s app.

 Please inform Art & Pictures upon ordering if you want your order to be delivered on a different address then the one mentioned on your invoice.

Delivery in the Netherlands is free of charge.
Delivery costs in Europe are € 24,95.

For delivery outside Europe please contact Art & Pictures by mail: info@artandpictures.nl with your order and the delivery address. We will contact you asap with the delivery costst of your order.

We don’t intend to make a profit on the transportation costs.

Please be aware of our No exchange and No refund policy for customized products. This applies to all products, sizes and/or finishes which are not offered in our webshop and are especially found and produced in accordance and/or commissioned by customers of Art & Pictures.
